Ownership of an ENCRYPTAS NFT & 101BABES is given by the creator from the date of purchase and is terminated once transferred or sold to a new owner.

PERKS:

  1. Access to the Cypherchk Dimension
  2. Opportunities to collaborate & vote for an artist to be collected by the CypherCHK vault
  3. Special auctions for 101Babes NFTs for exclusive holders-only price
  4. Exclusive airdrops of unreleased NFTs by CypherCHK & different innovative artists in the NFT space
  5. Contests & raffles, some held for the entire community, & some exclusive to specific token traits
  6. Additional perks & rewards may arise as the space & project expands

RIGHTS:

  1. Download, display, reproduce, duplicate, or promotion for personal use
  2. Artistic derivatives by any form of art, including but not limited to photography, painting, illustration, animation, etc.
  3. Resale of token
    1. Sale or transfer of token terminates all perks, rights, & commercial use for the previous owner
    2. A percentage of resale is due to the creator as determined by the NFT marketplace of resale

COMMERCIAL USE:

  1. Rights of use for token holder for commercial use, including but not limited to logo for a company, brand//company merchandise, website advertising, etc.
    1. Token holders will need to register their token with the plans for commercial use for acceptance by the creator in the appropriate discord channel. Token holders must receive approval before beginning their commercial use of the token.
    2. Registration is to ensure any commercial use of ENCRYPTAS & 101BABES stays aligned with the vision of inclusion & diversity
    3. Rights to commercial use of a token are terminated following the sale or transfer by the previous owner

COMMERCIAL TERMS OF USE

  1. All perks, rights, or commercial use is made void if a token holder plans to represent racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, xenophobia, prejudice, or any form of hate speech with their token. Use of tokens against the ENCRYPTAS & 101BABES vision of inclusion & diversity is not allowed
  2. Use of the token, any token traits, or the CypherCHK Dimension/ENCRYPTAS/101 BABES logo for a new collectibles derivative is not permitted
